Comment lines on sales orders

Hello,

We put comments on sales orders by doing the /c under the part number, but none of the comments are showing up? This just started and we have done this for years.

If it "just started" then something changed. Did you upgrade? Where is it not showing up? What version are you on?

Thanks for the response. We have not upgraded, still use 3.71. No updates or changes to the system. It would show up on the sales order along with the lines.

Absolutely nothing changed but suddenly its acting different? I am having a hard time believing that. Did someone modify the form? Check with a default form and see if that's the case.

Please not that all support for v3.71 ends for good this year. You need to plan on an upgrade.

Have you talked with your reseller or had them come out?

I would agree, 3.71 was released how many years ago? I know that 4.10 was released in 2005 and 4.20 was released in 2007. So 3.71 is at least 5 years old???

I would suggest upgrading to 4.20 if you can.
