Hi,
I need to add an S1 array to the on-board scsi port on the sunfire v240. I don't know if I need to set the hostid on the S1, which defaults to 0. I attached the array and can write to it but if I issue this to check the scsi sync speeds, only 4 drives appear which are the 4 internal drives on the v240. There are 3 drives in the S1 which are not showing.
What command can I issue to see the scsi ids used on a system? cfgadm shows the drives and iostat -en shows them but I don't see them here.
Any info would help.
Thanks
Christine
