Are you able to physically go to the phone?

An easier way to reboot is to press 'C' + 'Mute' + '#' together for around 2 seconds.

Hi TBLuk!

I know that, I can also reset the phone via telnet or Secure telnet(depends on Application version) but I was curious why the described function is not successful?

Thank you anyway

Hi rfpup!

Have you noticed, that you must set the parameter "Reboot at ASB time:"? This command is below the IP-Extension table and the IP-Phones will be rebooted at the time you fill in there after you click on reboot.
