Hello
When using DNA to collect data from our MD110 system (either using direct, remote or telnet connection), after a random time, I get the error 'Command Lost' and after this, data collection is interrupted and the command starts again.

Because of this problem, I can't synchronize our PABX with the database on DNA Server.

Any solutions?

Hi

You have certianly a data corruption. The problem is to know what kind of command create this problem and on which printout it stop.
You should ask Ericsson to assist you for solving this problem that might request some good SACOS commands....

yes, problem is not in the DNA but on the switch. check feedback log in DNA for failed command and try using TTY and check result.

best parnum

cpux,

go into the settings (not played with DNA for a while)

there is a time out setting in seconds,

its not in DNA, its in one of the associated programs,

MD(something or other) where you make your connections,

you need to set this to the maxtime usually about 30secs
