Hi Guys,

I need to get to the CDr data wia the command line interface, I can go to d:\nortel networks... but when I try to open call detail recording folder, I got access denied... I am logged as supervisor. I need to transfer the CDR to another server. I have tried with the interface, but it's buggy. i need to install some patche. I have tried to install the patch but the BCM doesn't do anythings after 25%...it show...rebooting.. but nothing happend...

should I log with "ee_admin" account?...I don't have the pw...

Thanks

Try logging in as ee_admin. The default password is in the documentation that is accessible from the main menu.

Logging in as supervisor doesn't mean you have Admin rights, it depends on what Supervisor was given.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

That works!! with ee_admin I can access to call detail recording folder. thanks!
