How do I look up the available ports in our Media Gateways? Any help is very much appreciated.

I use ASA. Under Fault and performance tab press Hardware manager. This will bring up a wealth of info including used ports etc. click on a card and free ports window will pop up. The screen is sortable and savable (if that's a word).

Very customizable

Thank you. Is there not a way to look at a specific gateway and it's available ports?

From ASA, list config media-g X, this will show you the cards installed in the gateway and available ports.
