I've been trying to figure out why some stations give me a DATA ERROR with command D015.
For some reason all stations that I cannot see in SMDR give me an error with this command.Any help would be appreciated.
Even the guys from NEC are not sure what the problem is.
I have reseted the AP00-B card to its default setting and reprogrammed it and still no luck.

Example:

D015>2243:0- (SMDR is OK)
D015>2420 (SMDR not working)
DATA ERROR

is extension 2420 an extension in this system or is it an extension in another 2000 connected with CCIS?

I've seen this twice before and it has to do with the VEN memory assignment when the station is assigned. I think I had to do a B load and then shoot the database back in via the script editor.

2420 is an extension in this system.
What is a B load? I know that for some reason the memory assignment has to be be entered everytime I create a station. Is this normal?

What Pave means is you have to save the database in a format that allows the use of the mach script editor to put it back (basically do a list up of all commands then modify the list up to allow it to be used as a .csv file).

Then you have to wipe the system clean (B load using the sense switch on the CPU) then put all the programming back using the mach script editor.

The reason this works is that if you simply do a backup and restore that, you are probably backing up the problem. Whereas loading it via the mach script editor is like punching it all in from the keyboard command by command. The B load will get rid of any corruption.

I use mach script editor and it is great but how safe is it to wipe the system clean? Can I just wipe the memory information without affecting the programmation? I thought it had something to do with the memory location. Are you talking about the sense switch on my 8IPLA card?
I really want to fix this...

No we mean the sense switch on the Main processor. You can always take a normal backup of the system before you start but if you are at all unsure of what you are doing, it may be best to seek professional help. The only way you can be sure of getting any corruption out of the system is the way Pave suggested, but it can be a big job!

Sorry, there is another way..... rebuild it manually!!!

Pave35 was right, it has to do with the VEN memory assignment.
I did a list-up with command F59 and sorted all the station by memory number assigned to them.
I may have found the problem but I'm not sure how to fix it.
The memory assignment stopped after station 2050.
Guess what? 2050 is the pilot number for the AD-64.

The pilot is on a digital card PN-4DLCD.It is assigned as a analog station. Why is that?

14>01016:2050-

Look also at the VEN memory assignment:
By the way LEN numbers are wrong.

F59>
... (130 stations with VEN memory)
F59>2577:LEN0003,VEN07FB (OK)
F59>2385:LEN0002,VEN07FC (OK)
F59>2378:LEN005E,VEN07FD (OK)
F59>2573:LEN0000,VEN07FE (OK)
F59>2050:LEN0052 (pilot)
F59>2590:LEN0107 (No VEN memory!)
F59>2209:LEN005F (No VEN memory!)
... (285 stations without VEN memory)

Any help with this will be very much appreciated.
