Suddenly, every time I add a command button to a form, the top half and bottom half are different shades of the default or selected BackColor.

I also noticed the "Select Object" icon on the forms controls tollbar is also colored and shaded.

Very annoying.

Thanks,
Sam

Several controls look different with themes on/off in general or just for themselves. But I also know tabs of page frames reacted to the general scaling factor of Windows icons, title bars etc. and that should be kept at 100%.

So is it one of these two factors? Otherwise, how does it look?

Bye, Olaf.

My first thought on reading this question was that the behaviour is caused by themes. Personally, I prefer to switch themes off throughout my applications, for example by putting [tt]_screen.Themes = .F.[/tt] in my main program. But it's a matter of taste and aesthetics.

Thanks guys.

Themes was the culprit.

I must have clicked it "ON" accidentally.
