Has anyone heard of the following:

I have one distribution list that I have reports scheduled to be sent to them weekly. Starting a few weeks ago, they stopped receiving them because I have seperated the email address' with a ";". (I have 15 other distribution lists where this works fine)

I have contacted the IT department for the problem list and was told they no longer allow ";" as the email seperator. It must be ","?

I should have given more detail. Sorry. I am using BO Enterprise XI

TTBOMK, the BOE-XI settings for SMTP server only allow semi-colons, not commas.

What kind of SMTP server are you connecting to (Outlook, GroupWise, Lotus)...?

Can you please be clearer on the difference between the SMTP jobs that still work, and the ones that now fail..?

What are you using as the separator on the "15 other distribution lists where this works fine"...?

Are the SMTP settings on the CrystalJobServer, The WebIntelligenceJobServer, or the DestinationServer...?
