I am having a problem with the serial intergration on a Comdial 16/32 dsu w/20A software. As you know when you log onto voicemail the display of the phone shows you the "Welcome to VVP" and shows how many messages and allows you to use the softkeys to interact with the VVP to save, copy and delete messages. For some reason this has recently stopped working, but the serial message light on/off still turns on/off the light when there is messages. When you power down the voicemail and restart, the full intergration works again. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you still having this issue? With later versions of the DSUII software, a change needs to be made to the COMDIAL.LNK file to keep the serial integration from going "down"

I have a DSU2 that I upgraded from version 3 software to version 7 and now the voicemail will not allow the use of the soft keys on the display phones, Chaos662, is this why they stopped working?

Try reprogramming the system for "visual Voicemail".

The system is already set for visual voicemail, the prompts are displayed on the display phones but the soft keys do not respond when pressed
