Don't have much experience programming comdial phone systems and need to program a clients phone (only 1) to not allow outgoing calls but to allow incoming. Guess employees are abusing it. Could someone pls explain step by step how to do this. Phone is on station 14. Thank You.

Comdial, need to program phone to block outgoing calls.

Kinda need to know what model Comdial system you are using (not the model number of the phone itself, but the control unit that they connect to)

What you want is to deny this station to make outgoing calls?
At station 10 or 12 press Intercom *#746*
Then dial 54
Then dial 6
Then dial the lines (01,02,03,04,05 and so on) that you don't want that station to dial out with
then dial #
Then dial 14
Then dial ***
Press Speaker to end
This will make station 14 so it can't dial out on any of the lines you entered
