Comdial Executech 6414

We have about 10 6414s and are looking to replace them. I don't know all that much aout these phone systems. I belive we have a 6 line "switch". Anyway, any normal phone we buy will not tap into the line. Is there any way to determine which phones will work for the system and which won't?

On the right side of the KSU you will see a white sticker with the info (308, 616, 816, 1024 and so on) let me know what you have and i can tell you what you can use.

The panel with the sticker is gone but I believe the number is 616.

OK, you either have a Executech 616 or 616B, or a NO616. What color is the cabinet? Tan or Black?

It's tan.

You have a Executech 616 or 616B, they came out in 1986,you can use 3503,3593,3508,3598,,6414.

do u know nehting about ne of those phones...which one would be the best choice...which features each has.

It's the system that has the features not the phones, the only difference is 3 button or 8 buttons for lines and also you can get a speaker phone. I would go with the 6414's. You can get them in standard or speaker. If you need a place to get them let me know, you should also get yourself a manual for the system and phones to program it.
