COMDIAL DX-120 - Need To Change One Extension's Number Of Rings Before Sending to Voicemail

I've looked through every manual I can find online but can't find the answer to this.

I have one extension on a system that the customer would like to have ring 10-12 times before voicemail picks up BUT would like all the other phones to answer after 4 rings.

What I can do is change ALL the phones number of rings before forwarding but I can't find out how to change just the one extension.

I just talked with a Comdial engineer and on the DX-120 you can't do this. It's a system wide setting for the ring timer for an extension to voicemail.

Only lines can be set to different numbers of rings.
