Hi, My form has drop down menus which takes the value from another table and feeds the value into the main one.
My problem is (& I didnt realise at the time), is the value it puts into the main table is a number (the order from the drop down menu table that it sits in).
It hasnt given me a problem upto trying to do a query. Instead of meaningful infomation, all im getting are numbers. Havnt a clue how to re-translate this into 'real data'
Any ideas really appreciated.

Thanks
Martin.

JOIN the another table in your query.

Hope This Helps, PH.

ive done what i think you mean by dragging the field from the main table to the table with the drop down fields in. Now when i run it, its blank. Is this because in the main one its listed as numbers whereas in the drop down list it has the words - ie, Word, Office, XP
Regards

Martin
