Combo Box Problem

Hello All,

I have a combo box that is sourced by a query. The critieria is the service center of the analyst. This is supposed to limit the choices for the dat entry person. The data entry person is identified by a text box that identifies current user.

My problem is that my analyst box sometimes comes up blank instread of showing the correct list of analysts. The user refreshes everytime they start a new record.
