I have a continue form that has two combo boxes. The one is for selecting the group and the second takes in the selected group and shows the related records. This works fine. I ve been using this until Access 2000 with no problem but now that I am using Access 2003 I noticed that although the records I select in the second combo box are being saved in the table, I cannot view the contents of the second combo box in my continue form. I can only see the content of the last entry.

The table that is saved in is related to another table with 1 to many relationship.

Can anyone identify this problem?

Thanks

What do mean by 'the contents of the second combo box '?
If you mean the drop down list is the same for every record then this has been true in every version of Access and is due to the way continuous forms work.

If you mean that you can't see the value stored in the table for each record then that would be a problem. You have to be showing the bound column in your combo to see it though.

Dear lupins

I mean that I cannot see the values stored. The Bound Column is correctrly set to 1.

I got it to work. It seems that the fact that I had three columns in my second combo box was creating the problem. I made it simpler and it workod. Thanks for the tips.
