Combining sources with Norstar paging

I had an existing 2 speaker system for paging from a Norstar phone system. These are powered speakers so I feed them with a pair of low voltage and a second pair of tip and ring. One speaker is close to the source, the other is in another building 250' away. I had to add a PC source running Bell Commander software which is a bell scheduler that just puts out a signal from the PC headphone jack. As soon as I cross connect the PC running the BC software into the mix, the local speaker still works for both sources but the farthest speaker only puts out the BC signal. Paging from the CICS is being eaten, but if I disconnect the laptop source, the remote speaker works for paging again. Ideas? This is the first time I've tried this product and I'm a phone guy not so much a paging guy so this is all new. Any input would be great.
Thanks,

Existing paging worked great, the PC software is a bell scheduler that plays a horn tone at scheduled intervals such as the beginning and ending of breaks. I was hoping to put both signals to the same speakers.

It was suggested I try a Valcom VMT-2 isolation transformer. It's 600ohm to 600ohm and should isolate the PC from the circuit until use. I like a $25 if it works.
