Combining SNA Config Files

We have several SNA domains each with its own com.cfg file.

Does anyone have experience with combining multiple domains. I am working on this and have had some success but also have run into some issues. Looking for advice.

By coincidence I'm configuring HIS SP1 in W2k3 AD Domain in a test environment and then I will be trying to consolidate 53 existing NT4 SNA 4 sp3 domains in one w2k3 domain.

Thanks, I was able to combine two sna.cfg config files but had to write a small program to strip out two lines that were not being accepted for the import to the new SNA.cfg file. I am also trying to figure out how to not only combine the config files but also to rename the server names in the new config. The existing servers will remain in place while I build the combined config.

I am really interest in finding out how your SNA4 consolidation project went. Did you get all the NT4 SNA4 domains moved to one domain and moved to HIS on W3k?

I am getting ready to do this now and was looking for lessons learned.

I'm trying de consolidate 7 SNA in 1 HIS 2003 and I am very interested in how merging sna.cfg in one. Iring said that he used a program that help to make easily this. Can have a copy to custumise. Thanks very mutch.
