Hey Everyone, Im new here and a fairly new user to Microsoft Access. My question is; Is there a way to combine identical rows in a report? See below for my
example.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Select the "Group By" button (Greek Sigma symbol in toolbar) in the query for the report. This will put any identical rows into one record.

Have fun!)

Or use the DISTINCT predicate in your SQL code.

Hope This Helps, PH.
