Combining Multiple DBF's

Hi All,

This is basically the situation.
Access solution running on different machines that are out in the field. They collect the data and update it to a local DBF file. I wish to have the capability of creating a central database that they can just click update main database, when they have a set connection to the network and back from the field. Any ideas on the best way to program this into each Access solution? They all have the same tables structure. Thanks so much.
