I have several reports that I would like to combine into one .PDF. I send out a package on a monthly basis that includes 10 to 12 different reports. Is there a way to make this automated into one .pdf?

Please clarify:

Do you already have a mechanism to automate the generation of the 12 pdf files?

Do you need to just automate the merging of the files?

Do these 12 files always have the same names?

I have a mechanism to generate the 12 PDF files one by one. I would like to user to be able to select 1-12 files via a checkbox and have those merge into 1 PDF. Sound reasonable?

I just saw a tool that does this...Give me a few minutes to check.

There are several utilities that can do this.

Just do a Google search...

Try PDF995

I used this once for a report project. It allows you to set up a "Batch" of pdf files you select from your harddrive. You can then print them, including to single PDF report. There are alot of other features, but I just used this one. Its shareware, I think it costs $9.95.

I used to have 37 separate reports that I created monthly. I made subreports out of them and put them into one main report.
