I am using Crystal Reports 10.
I am grouping on two fields: TypeDesc, Conf
The results come on two lines like:
Accounting
Yes
... Data here
... Data here
Accounting
No
... Data here
... Data here

What I would like the results to look like is:
Accounting (Yes)
... Data here
... Data here
Accounting (No)
... Data here
... Data here

Can someone point me in the right direction on how I could do this?
Thanks

Created a formula with both the fields in it and then grouped on that and that is working for me.
Thanks

go to your first group head and click section expert, check underlay following section.

Howdy buck149,
But how could you make the spacing so that the words line up right beside one another?
Eg.) If my word is "Home" instead of "Accounting", how could I make my text look like
Home (Yes)
Because in the underlay following section, the boxes land where they are laid out.

I gave you a star as you did answer my question as I had it stated.

You could have dragged the Group #1 name into the group #2 header, and then added the Group #2 name to a text box with the parens added.
