COM port space

I have lost a piece of my brain. In NT 4.0 I am looking for where all the devices assoc. to com ports is located. I am getting conflicting port errors and don't know which ports are available. Thanks in advance.

You'll find a list of allocated resources in NT Diagnostics located in Administrative Tools.
