I have a report that will expand to two pages wide, the first column is the "Name" field, I would like to make the "Name" field also appear on the second page.

In Excel I can just do this in the print page setup, set the first column to repeat, how can I do this in Access Report?

Thanks for all the help.

Does the report expand to 2 pages because it is too wide? If so, just repeat the Name field on the report so that it becomes the left-most column on the overflow (2nd) page.

For example:

Name Address City State Name Age....

Assuming the page splits after State, this will allow Name to print also on the overflow page along with Age and anything else.

Hi, wemeier:

Thanks for the reply.

Actually, I am trying to see if there is any way to set it up like the page header, so it will show up on every page.

Thanks.
