Colorado Backup scheduler not working in XP

I have been trying to get Colorado Backup II's scheduler to work with Windows XP Pro. The Backup software came with the Travan drive. I have set up the schedule to run Mon thru Fri, but it never runs. I have also tried scheduling it within the Windows XP scheduler. That didn't work either. Its a fairly simple program, so I don't see what I could be doing wrong. There is nothing in the Event Log that would give any clues. It is using the same user account that the user is logged on with, and it has admin and system privileges. Any ideas?

Yes Windows has a new driver for the tape drive. Are you sure the bios sees it?

Yes, I can do a manual backup, I just can't get the scheduler to work.
