We've had numerous people working on a Word 2003 document with track changes on. When I bring the document up on my computer, each user has a unique color for their comments and modifications and I can see each without any problems. When we bring this same document up on another user's computer, one reviewer shows up as grey on her screen--needless to say, the grey blends in with the original typing of the document. Any ideas? I've checked her Word 2003 settings against mine, and I cannot find anything different. Is there a way of selecting a different color (now that the document has been commented on) for the reviewer that showed up in grey on her computer?
