color in delphi

Hi Guys,
have been trying very hard to figure out if it is possible to change the color of the dbnavigator and the color of the tabs of a tabsheet.
presently their color is btnface and i wish to change it.

is this possible.or can you point me to some components which allow me to do this

You could use a TTabControl and hook into the OnDrawTab event.
