[color #ff0000] ARCServe Failed "stopping" jobs

Several ARCServe jobs in "Stopping" status. Unable to change this. Stopping/starting ARCServe engines and rebooting servers makes no difference. Why do these jobs hang and ...how can I stop these jobs without having to recreate?

This issue was corrected in QO20824 (ascore.dll dated 05-15-2002).

myself yesterday and installed it on one (our email) server. It looks like it did the job. I still have to do 2 other servers.
