Hello!

Is it possible to have a color background for a field of data entry of the type box text (input type=text)?

Thank you!

Can certainly be done in IE 4+ using css entries:-

<html>
<head>
<style>
.readonly {font-size: 8pt; font-weight: normal; font-family: Arial; color:#ffffff; background-color:#009999;}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<form>
<input type='text' class='readonly' ...
...
</form>
</body>
</html>

Enjoy :) [sig][/sig]

You can also use DHTML to dynamically change the style attributes on_the_fly! [sig][/sig]

but not for netscape. [sig]<p>nick bulka<br><a href=mailto: > </a><br>[/sig]
