Collection stations using Solaris 8

I've been given a task of distributing our NNM6.2 services over a number of solaris 8 servers, does anyone know where to get any information regarding this or have any advise? and has anyone been on the HP NNM2 course, as I want to know if it is worth it to understand how to carry this out.
