I think this line is the critical one :
CAM-AAA-0145 There is no namespace that is properly configured for authentication.

I hope you have not deleted the Cognos namespace.
Have you added your own Ldap, Active directory or Access Manager settings in Security settings section in cognos Configuration Manager ?

You can check what Droued said by turning on anonymous access.. if you still cannot startup:

-regenerate your keys, try to re-start.
-are you starting the service with a named account? the password may have expired or something? Try starting as local system..
