Cognos Scheduler v6.0 Error - ActiveX Component Could not Create Objec

I am running Scheduler as a service on a machine. I need it to create a txt file each morning. The IMR has run and dumped a text file a few times successully ... but now I am getting an error message in the log.

ActiveX Component Could Not Create Object

I am not sure what is causing this. I am not deleting the txt file when I pick it up to import into my application so maybe it is an overwrite issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

which version of cognos, which OS and patch level.

i have seen this after OS upgrade once..
