Cognos Configuration help needed

hi .. With windows XP Professional &oracle 9i and IIS 5 installed, I tried to install cognos reportnet 8.2 the following error was displayed in the cognos configuration window , when I tried to start the service ..

Error:

A Content Manager configuration error was detected while connecting to the content store.

CM-SYS-5003 Content Manager is unable to access the content store. Verify your database connection parameters and then contact your database administrator.

how to configure the content store ,do we have to create a new database for the content store ?if so , how ?

Any help for the above will be greatly appreciated

Have you copied the classes12.zip from the oracle client jdbc directory to the c8\webapps\p2pd\WEB-INF\lib directory and then renamed it to classes12.jar?
