I have a report that expects a to and from date range.
I have 2 date prompts in the header of the report that satisfy the query parameters ?p_startdate?, ?p_enddate?
This report is a tabbed report in a larger tabbed dashboard. I have many reports in this dashboard and they are all dependent on a couple of parameters p_branch, p_site that I satisfy on the first tab of the dashboard with a couple of dropdown prompts.
Now after this dashboard has worked for weeks I try to add this new report that needs date prompts satisfied so I add a couple of date prompts on my main "prompt" tab, but after selecting all values on my prompt page, when I click the tab with the new report requiring the date values, I get the auto prompt page requesting a start and end date.
Why are my date prompts not passing thru?
Can I stop these auto prompt pages from appearing?
As mentioned I also have the date prompts in the report header, so the user can change the dates and reprompt as desired.
Thx,
Russell
