Hi 2 all,
guys we have in our company PBX BC10,with about eight external lines and all are connected to the operator room.I heard that there is a code in which you can get an external line from your Ext# even if you do not have the feature of EXCAC.

So can you give me the code or show me where to find it.
thanks so much

To ALREI or not to ALREI,this is the command

hi
If you get a busy tone from any external line dial 6 then # (external call back) then wait. When the line becomes free you can get it.

Hi
I am talking about another code used from Ext#.
bija77
No I do not hear busy tone,I hear as if it is Blocked line.
the code is similar to *1*2222#0000#

To ALREI or not to ALREI,this is the command

The only code I know of is...

*0*trunk number#destination code followed by the required number.

Do you mean you want to be able to dial out on one of the eight external lines you have?

hi all,
drewMk2 yeah this what I mean.I want to dial out of my PBX to PSTN lines.

To ALREI or not to ALREI,this is the command

Have you been able to give this a go yet?
*0*trunk number#destination code followed by the required number.
I'm not at a MD110 at the moment to try it but it has worked for me in the past. You may have to experiment with the trunk number, if it's 002-01 you may have to enter it as 00201 or possibly 201, sorry I can't rememmber.
You can get the destination code using RODRP:ROU= ;

Diswire is correct,

use 201 for TRU 2-01...
