Thanks for the quick reply, just tried that and getting a spool32 error, i think this could be somthing to do with the printer driver but it work fine with everything else.

Any ideas?

a printer box appear and then spool32 and excel has crashed and not responding?

1. Check for Macro virus

2. Look at
