Cobol error printing to screen, 7.6.3 Progerssion

We have just installed Macola on a new HP laptop computer.
When trying to print to the screen (any report) we get a
cobol error and macola crashes.
Does any one have any idea what I should look at next?

We are at version 7.6.400a-SQL.

My IT person has contacted Exact, and they are having him look for fonts that are read only (R attribute on)

We originally had a similar problem and the font solution did not fix anything. We ended up with a new macmss.dll. Hope the font thing fixes your problem.

The IT guy said the font thing fixed it, but I don't have the system back yet.
