I have seen a thread on this but did not see any conclusive solutions:
Has anyone been able to rig up a coaching feature that allows a supervisor to monitor a call and then whisper to the the pupil without the caller hearing the supervisor?
I know that you can monitor, then drop out and use dial inclusion but its not very effective.
You would expect a simple solution to this with all of the "call center" features that are available.
