CO trunks locking

I maintain a g3 R9.5, and since we installed our Inutuity LX (With no AA) we have to busy out and release a large number of our CO trunks about once weekly.

I can't seem to wrap my head around what may cause this locking, any thoughts out there?

Are they T1 or analog? If analog, are they ground or loop? Also, what status are they showing before you reset them?

I don't have a detailed idea yet, but the type will get us in the right direction.

Analog, Ground start. I'll have to double-check what the status was.
