CO trunks doesnt release call to attendant via Callpilot

Hi All,

I have a system release 4.00 and all patches activated.
We have installed callpilot for welcome anouncement.

Here is the problem,
When we call via CO trunk and press 0 for attendant, it came to attendant. When caller cancel the call, 2250 console keeps ringing till answer and release.

However IF we do it without callpilot, When caller hangs up, call disconnected at the 2250 immediately.

Any help?

Is it an analog loop start trunk without disconnect supervision? If that is the case, after it is answered, it can only be disconnected by the called party. You would either need to have disconnect supervision added or change to a ground start trunk.

it is loopstart and supn YES.
But the line is only stucking at 2250. If it goes to any digital/analog extension, it disconnects after Hang up.
Also without callpilot it disconnects also from 2250.

It only does when Callpilot is active
