We have several G250 Media Gateways at our remote branches. The Media Gateways have 3-4 incoming analog lines that are part of a trunk group. We have programmed the trunk group destination to be a Hunt Group extension. There are no members in the Hunt Group, so calls immediately go the coverage path of the Hunt Group. The first point in the coverage path is a coverage answer group that contains 3-8 stations, depending on the branch. At some locations the is a second coverage point for voicemail (h1). When dialing a local number that hits the Media Gateway trunk, the call will not go to the second coverage point unless 'Rng:', between Point1 and Point2 is set to blank. Even when this is set to blank, the call will only ring the coverage answer group twice, then goes to voicemail. When I call the Hunt Group extension directly from an IP phone, Point2 works regardless of what is set for 'Rng:' between 1 and 2. How can I properly set the Rng: between Point1 and Point2 of the coverage path?
