co keys goes red with no reason 2

we have a ns700 and it has 6 line routed to disa , it works good but some days the lines go busy and their keys go red! nothing i can do just to restart the device! what is wrong here?

wonder to know everything , but life is short :(
 
What type of lines do you have?

Could be system is not getting disconnect signal if caller hang up at disa

thanks for help, our line are analogue lines, and yes some of these lines do not support disconnect signal but it should disconnect after not entering any number or after enterning number if the time of queue is over!
btw what can i do if some line don`t have cpc detectio support?

well it didn`t work and i still have the problem with the lines!
does error in lines could make the pbx hangs on the CO?
its the only place i have this issue!

Analog lines doesn't have start stop bits when incoming call answered by DISA and caller disconnect call in middle then call keeps ringing
until its ring timer.you cant do anything with analog lines in such case you need PRI.

second check whether your lines are crossed with other lines some time crossed line ringing voltage passes to other line and creates false call.
