Hello All,
My issues
My PBX receive a pair of four digits numbers from central office (CO) which goes directly to programmed "live" CDN.
Example: CO sending numbers is 1234 and CDN number is also 1234.
I would like to direct these CO numbers to ACD without touching existing live CDN
Is there a quick way to do this without touching the live CDN.
Thanks in advance...

in ld 49 (idc) build a new table.. or prt the route to see if idc is yes and modify that dcno

here's the area of my rdb that add's incoming digit conversion

Code:
OABS
INST
IDC YES
DCNO 2 *
NDNO 2
DEXT NO
DNAM NO
ANTK

and heres a partial of table 2
Code:
DCNO 2

DCNO 2
IDGT CDGT
8064 82201
all that one does is give another hospital access to my over head page.. zone 1.. they could dial the acod of the page route but could not enter another number for zone access.. that blocks did to the zone paging... so on this tie route, they can hit the overhead.. i use dcno 1 on my did's and that one block all access to my overhead...

that only works from an external route... you may need it on more then one route depending on your app
