CNG Tone detection in a Callpilot

Hi everyone

I have a customer using Nortel Callpilot for CNG detection and then transfer calls to FAX extension. He call me and told me that it's not working anymore. I don't have any ideas how to set-up that feature. Is there a line assignment that specify that line need CNG detect or is it detect in the business Announcement and the Menu or only the Menu or only the business Announcement? Need help on that can't find any setup informations in the books.

1st make sure the customers fax is set to auto answer,if that don't fix it ,go into system programming and make sure the correct dn is set up
 
Thanks i find that the voicemail must answer with no delay when the call comes in for the CNG detection to work.
 
see if your fax dn in the call pilot got changed or is it the correct one
