when I go to log in all I see the login box but no text and a code of 7492. I just rebooted the sun box but it didnt clear the problem
 
on your pc (i am assuming you are talking about centervu supervisor running on your pc) you need to make sure the app is not running and delete centervu's cache.tmp file

here (version 9) it is located at c:\program files\avaya\centervu supervisor 9.0\cache\cache.tmp

relaunch centervu (it will recreate the cache file).
 
It didnt work, I have a xp machine and the other is a 2000.It worked before on both machines but now it doesnt.
