Hi Sirs

im generating this Trunk Group Report, Default datas in there are: Inbound calls, Inbound Aban Calls, Avg Inbound Trunk Hold, INbound CCS, Outbound Calls, Outbound Aban Calls, AVg Outbound Trunk Hold time Outbound CCS Trunk Failures. now, my question is, is it possible to add another data which is the one my client need: Average time of calls outbound

The number you are looking for it already on the report. The definition for it is below. Do not let the word "Hold" mislead you.

Avg Outbound Trunk Hold Time = Average trunk holding time for outgoing calls carried by this trunk group that completed during the specified time period.
The Calculation = sum(OUTTIME)/ sum(OUTCALLS) <AVG_TRK_HOLD_OUT_SUM>

 

As Tolson points out, the data items in CMS reports are not what they always appear to be.

A great resource you should have a copy of is the Avaya Call Management System Database Items and Calculations document, r14 is document number 07-601591. Search for it on support.avaya.com
