can someone point me in the right direction to lsetup a CMS supervisor user account?

Thanks in advance......

Assuming you have access to do this?..

Go to:
Tools>
User Permissions>
User Data>

Enter the relevant data and press the add [+] button.

Then go to:
Tools>
User Permissions>
Feature Access/VDN Acccess/Skill Access etc.

Add the required access.

It is usually easier to find someone with similar access and use that to copy.

thanks for the quick response. when you say go to tools> permissions> in what program or application am i doing this in. I currently have access to the Avaya Site Administration application.

Thanks

Jim

you can do this either via "AVAYA CMS Supervisor", a GUI client or via Telnet. If you use ASA as your telnet client, add your CMS server as a generic device, set it to emulation 615

If you don't know what application to use then I suspect you don't have a CMS login.
If you have Avaya maintenance you may want to talk to your provider.
