CMS Supervisor R16.3 - Dashes instead of text 1

We currently have a CM 6.3 and have CMS R15. We have one particular VP that has a laptop with Windows 7 on it so he has to use Supervisor 16.3. About once every other month when he starts the application, the login screen comes up with all dashes instead of text. I would paste an image of it here in my posting but I don't know how. I apologize. Has anyone had this happen to them before??

I have seen this. I always reinstall the application. You can also try running two batch files RegistryDefaults.bat and sReg.bat, but they are normally used for CMS error codes.

The only way we've found to fix it temporarily is to recreate his windows profile but this can't be the permanent solution, it just can't.

I just had the same problem on Win 7. A Google search turned this up and it worked for me. There was a file called CVS_Cache.tmp in:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\CMS Supervisor Rxx\Cache

I deleted it and all was well. Maybe just move it to a temporary place in case something bad happens.
