Does anyone know why I would get a .00 as the % within service level on the split skill call profile daily report? I've verified that the hunt group is set up the same as other that do calculate. Please help.
 
Have you checked the "Call Centre Admin/Split-Skill Call Profile Setup" to make sure there's a sensible number in the Acceptable Service Level box?

If the number of seconds is, say, 2 and all calls wait more than 2 seconds to be answered, your service level will be 0.00%

As it's a daily report, any changes you make today will not be reflected until tomorrow.
