Hi all..CMS server is showing the time different from the time which shows after supervisor login, how can i resolve the time difference between CMS server and CMS supervisor??

Thanks

If the time is wrong on the CMS server log into the CMS server as root, perform the command: date mmddhhmmyy

I beleive the CMS Supervisor application actually gets its date and time from the PBX, not the CMS server.

Hi Pal, thanks for replying, Can you or somebody else please help how that happen? i mean there should be something which needs to be check if there is a time difference between both CMS server and CMS supervisor.
Regards

It just means that you don't appear to have any NTP setup on your CMS to keep it in synch with the phone system. It doesn't effect the reporting timestamps, but does effect jobs that are running on the system like backups, archives, etc.

Check this thread for NTP for CMS: thread690-1434677
